It has been about a month since we previously reported the news of the event on this site in April.
Finally, the ticket release date for Whisky Festival 2023 in YOKOHAMA has been announced!
“Whisky Festival 2023 in Yokohama” will be held at Osanbashi Hall in Yokohama over two days on August 26 (Sat) and 27 (Sun) in four parts.
Yokohama, the first venue of the festival, is the birthplace of Japanese bar culture, and whisky was first introduced to Japan by Commodore Perry when he arrived in Uraga in 1853.
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the start of full-scale whisky production in Japan, and Yokohama was chosen as the venue for the event because of its connection to whisky.
The event is open not only to bartenders and liquor sales people, but also to the general public.
At each booth in the venue, there will be whisky and gin tastings and sales, as well as opportunities to interact directly with the producers! They are one of the main attractions of this event.
We will keep you updated with the latest information on each menu page. Please look forward to it!Reference: Whisky Festival 2023 in YOKOHAMA
